Haiti ReliefThe Troy Boys & Girls Club. The Troy Boys & Girls Club has been serving the youth of
Hannah's Hope Fund. Hannah Sarah Sames is a beautiful little girl with a precocious smile and a charming personality that lights up the room. At age 2, Hannah was diagnosed with Giant Axonal Neuropathy (GAN), a rare genetic disorder that slowly takes away one's ability to walk, use one's hands, speak, swallow and is terminal. Hope in the Boat. Hope in the Boat is the first dragon boat team in the Capital Region of New York State. We are a team of breast cancer survivors who live in cities and communities in six counties and paddle together to offer hope to others. Members are all ages and backgrounds. The Salvation Army focuses on the spiritual, social and educational growth of the individual, concentrating our efforts on a variety of social service needs, including feeding, disaster services, family counseling, holiday assistance, a music school and learning zone, and camp for children. Sisters Inc. of Hudson Valley Community College (HVCC). The SISTERS INC. club provides essential support through a multicultural forum for our diverse student population. The club arranges various social and cultural awareness activities; networking opportunities such as mentoring with professionals in the Capital Region; local and nationallyrenowned guest speakers; and workshops and seminars.
